Non-profit and voluntary work.

All work within JAS is not-for-profit and voluntary. JAS activities are unpaid and altruistic. The association’s economy is exclusively appropriated for evangelism. Since JAS primary tools are announcement of gospel truths via street-evangelism tracts and also by means of local and national mass media, expenses mainly constitute  production of tracts and advertisement.

JAS activities are financed through donations from companies and individuals. JAS also applies for grants from funds and foundations. JAS work and effectiveness is continually dependent on individual Christian’s intercessory prayer and economic gifts.

Each krona, euro or dollar is utilized strictly for evangelism. Year 1999 the association’s expenses totalled 70 000 SEK. Year 2000 the expenses increased to 190 000 SEK. Year 2001 the expenses were 22 000 SEK. Year 2002 the expenses were 14 000 SEK. Year 2003 the expenses were 18 000 SEK. Year 2004 the expenses were 30 000 SEK. Year 2005 the expenses were 15 000 SEK. Year 2006 the expenses were 11 000 SEK. Year 2007 the expenses were 26 000 SEK. Year 2008 the expenses were 33 000 SEK. Year 2009 the expenses were 23 000 SEK. To anyone who requests, JAS will provide through e-mail a detailed account of the annual economic reports and specific verifications.
